Q: Do you offer a custom badge design / making service?
A: We do not offer a custom badge service at this time, however we know some great people who can help you out with both small and large quantities of custom badges. We can vouch for each company/person listed, they're all based in Melbourne and offer a great service.

For charities and NGOs looking to get custom made badges, our friends at Stay Human can provide you with a special deal. Charities and NGOs receive 20% extra badges with their order for free. eg - if you order 100 badges you'll receive 120.
Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A: Yes! Payment for international orders is accepted via Paypal only. Send us a list of items you want and we'll send you a paypal invoice with the shipping amount to your country. Please note that prices are in Australian dollars.
Q: What size badges do you sell?
A: We sell an assorted range of badges from one inch to 2.25 inch, depending on what stock we have. The standard size Button Brat badge is 1.25" but we also stock a limited range of other sized badges. The size of the badges is clearly displayed at the top of each page.
One Inch = 2.5cm
1.25 Inch = 3.2cm
1.75 Inch = 4.45cm
2.25 Inch = 5.5cm
Q: Where are your badges made?
A: The majority of our stock is made right here in Melbourne using high quality Tecre parts. We also stock a limited range of badges from cool designers we like such as EvilKid, Nut and Bee, ManHandled, Kawaii Not, Adam Potts, Pocket Full of PoisezTM and more.
Q: Do you have a shop or showroom I can visit?
A: We do not have a retail store or wholesale showroom at this time.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Postage times vary but generally it should not take more than 2-5 days, depending on where you are located within Australia. International orders will take anywhere from 5 to 14 days.
Q: What do you charge for postage?
A: Postal charges vary according to the value of your order. Please see the ordering page for a break down on charges. Postage is FREE for all orders over $20.
Q: What happens if my order does not arrive?
A: In our many years of trading it has been rare for an order to go missing in the mail but occasionally it happens. When it does we will register the parcel as missing with Australia post and hopefully they'll go find it. If you are concerned about your order arriving safely, please add $2 to your order to cover registered post.
Q: How do I order and pay via the mail?
A: We have a mail order form you can download
Please make your money order out to 'Kelly Elizabeth' and send your order to: PO BOX 469 Croydon VIC 3136. You can send cash if you want, but don't throw wobblies at us if it goes missing in the mail. The only person who can throw wobblies around here is Mr. Fuzzy.
